Our responses shall be restricted to the specific concerns/ queries raised by the Customer upon a single submission on the web-portal.
These responses shall be available in downloadable pdf format for the Customer in a pre-defined template of TRA which shall consist of a single page document with a word ceiling of 1000 words.
In the event, either the concerns/ queries so raised entail a detailed examination and our estimated response could exceed word ceiling of 1000 words, an email confirmation outlining revised scope of work and fees shall be sent with a payment link to the Customer for approval.
Upon approval to the revising timeline along with payment of fees, the ‘Detailed Deliverable’ shall be sent to the Customer. However, should the Customer not respond to the said email link within 24 hours, the ‘Standard Deliverable’ shall be sent to his email ID.Our turn-around response time for Standard Deliverables shall be 48 hours*.
Our flat standard fees shall be Rs. 1100/-* for responding to queries raised on our web-portal www.therightargument.com
Note:
- *Govt. holidays and Sundays are excluded. In case of Detailed Deliverables, the timelines as well as costs shall be indicated by way of separate email notification.
- **Our standard fees shall entail responses by TRA on a pre-defined template.
